After Completing your 3 years diploma degree you can get easily job in any department. From here you have 2 options- 

1) Private job 

2) Government job 

If you are in last year of polytechnic diploma student then you can get a good job after placement in your college in placement many companies come to your college and give you a big package for job.And you can also get job after giving interview in any company.

2nd option you can prepare for government job.

If you crack DRDO after diploma then you can become a scientist in DRDO and after that your starting salary is 50000₹.
