Power :- power is the product of 

voltage and current.


FROM FORMULA ,

                        P = VI


UNIT OF POWER IS WATT (W).


POWER IS ALSO DEFINED AS THE RATE OF DOING WORK.

FROM FORMULA ,

                                  P = W / t = joule / sec

Derivation of power

                      P = VI 

                      P = V × V/R = V^2 / R

  P = VI

     = IR ×I = I^2 R
